Q. I don’t know what all the sleeve options mean. Help!

A. I know all the customization can be daunting at first. Here is a nice collage of all of them!

Q. I don’t know how to take measurements, help! 

 

A. Over Bust- Is taken at the smallest part at your chest, loop the tape under your arms pits around your back and connect at the smallest part of your bust. 

Full Bust- this is the largest point around your bust. 

Waist- this is the smallest part of your mid section, generally 2 inches above the belly button. 

Preferred Waist - This is generally 2 inches below your belly button, where you waistbands generally want to fall! 

Hip/ Seat - this is the fullest part of your butt and hips. 

trunk Girth- this is taken in a loop going over your shoulder and through your crotch. 

Q. How long will my order take? 
A. My turnaround time varies greatly depending on many factors, such as order volume and popularity of drops. I try and keep my turnaround time as low as possible but due to the current state of the World. I am at about 6-8 weeks. This can be extended further for the larger drops, note all TAT are a guesstimate I can not predict how many orders I’ll receive or how large orders may be! Please plan accordingly as I do not offer a rush service.  I know everyone wants their orders as soon as possible and I want you to receive yours ASAP too. My products are all handmade and of great quality, I promise it’s worth the wait!



Q. What kind of fabric do you use. 
A. All my fabric is double brushed poly, this is soft to the touch and stretchy

Q. I found this fabric I love, can I send it to you for you to sew for me? 

A. I offer a seamstress service on a case by case basis fabric must be approved first before it should be sent! My rate is $20/hour. ***Please note during the Covid-19 crisis this service is not available****

Order Policy effective 5/28/2020 all orders are final, any size, style and print changes will no longer be made. Should you need to make a change on your order please contact me to cancel the item and you will need to place another order.   

Shipping Policy: I offer First Class Shipping for packages under 16 oz. There is NO insurance on these packages, once the package enters the mail system 3FF is no longer liable for the package. If you would like your package insured please select First Class with Insurance for $5, should your package be lost or stolen all items will be refunded or remade if insurance is purchased. Packages over 16oz go in Priority Packaging and these are automatically insured, once again with Insurance all packages will be refunded or replaced. 

Return Policy: Due to the nature of all custom made items, orders are all non refundable non exchangeable. All custom items require measurements, should measurements not be provided, any alterations will be at your cost at an hourly rate. Should there be an error on my end, please contact me directly via the contact form to fix and or correct at my cost. Discussion of alterations must be made within 7 days of receipt,and received by me 21 days after receipt I will no longer provide any additional services beyond this time frame. 3 Fancy Feathers has the right to refuse alteration services at any time. Once an item is worn and washed 3 Fancy Feathers voids all responsibility of that item. 

Return Policy for Boots & Shoes. Should you need to return or exchange shoes. Shoes must be un worn and returned within 2 weeks of initial delivery. Refund will be issued once shoes are received minus a $5 restocking fee.
